Technology is my friend.

I think I finally figured this out. Thank God! I thought I would have to take the class again to get myself refocused!

As usual, I really enjoyed the class and meeting all the new people. I learn so much and I look forward to going over all my notes and become better at the "wellness" stuff. Gotta discipline, then refucus the grandchild, then the pool opens in about 3 minutes.
